The hotel offers big and clean rooms in a very convenient location, which was excellent. However, the bed was lopsided and too old, needing replacement. The service provided was very friendly and professional, with centralized air conditioning and top-notch assistance from the concierge. The location is quite good, near the park and downtown Zhengzhou, only 2 train stops away from the CBD and major malls. The dining experience was excellent with a well-laid out fare, offering plenty of choices. Overall, the hotel provides outstanding service with the standout staff making guests feel extremely welcome.
